  1. Eligibility: This offer applies exclusively to qualifying B2B project enquiries involving new tooling, injection moulding, or manufacturing requirements.
  2. Submission Requirements: To qualify for evaluation, enquiries must include:
    • A valid 3D CAD file (.STEP or .IGES format) or a detailed engineering drawing.
    • Estimated annual production volume requirements.
  3. Qualification & Approval: Prototype production is subject to initial project assessment and sole approval by Calibre Plastics (Pty) Ltd. Calibre Plastics (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to deem any project non-qualifying at its discretion.
  4. Prototype Scope
    4.1 Complimentary Prototype: Qualifying projects may receive one (1) complimentary 3D-printed prototype intended solely for fit, form and basic functional evaluation prior to final project sign-off.
    FDM Process: Limited to a maximum build size of 220 × 220 × 250 mm, printed in PLA or PETG depending on project requirements and material suitability.
    4.2 Large-Scale Prototypes: Larger prototypes of up to approximately 1,000 × 1,000 × 1,000 mm may be accommodated, subject to technical feasibility, equipment capability, and material selection. Any prototype exceeding the complimentary dimensions or material specifications set out in Section 4.1 falls outside the scope of this promotional offer and will be quoted separately.
  5. Delivery & Shipping: Prototype includes standard local delivery.
  6. Intellectual Property & Privacy: All submitted design files and technical data remain the intellectual property of the client and will be treated with strict confidentiality.
  7. General Terms: This offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Calibre Plastics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
